Interesting view of course with the 15% Cominiere. It was only ever stated as a option to get that 15%. We don't currently own the 15% (under advanced negotiation according to Today ann) So the AVZ mcap valuation has only ever valued the option to get it.

If we get that 15% then we will have to stump up to pay for ownership of it say $450m if the Mcap was at @ #3Bill. An then ongoing pay for an extra 15% going forward as that would be our increased share of costs.

If we don't get the Cominiere 15% the who ever owns it has to stump up to purchase it ($450m) and the ongoing 15% share of costs.

The point I'm making is that what would be the cost of losing that option only... ?
