Nah the the Dathmir 15% was squared away months ago ...My impression is that after deal was done AVZ SP rallied away and Dathmir felt dudded... Them's the breaks with timing a deal. They should never have signed up/agreed if they had concerns on pricing pre deal. . So then AVZ entered CATH Deal. Cath would have done their Due Dil on ownership before making the offer ... So this ain't gunna fly in my opinion they Dathomir are clutching a straws.
With the Cominiere 15% I don't know full story here yet but AVZ "might" not have been given there full preemptive right as per the Dathcom shareholder agreement.
Thats what the issue seem to be to my understanding. Don't know if there was any questionable activity at this stage between Cominiere those who made alternative offer for it.
