Mate, you got it all wrong. The 15% in question belongs to Cominiere at this moment, not AVZ. AVZ wanted to buy it as it has the first right to buy but somehow Cominiere sold it to a Chinese company by breaking the term. In case, at the end it holds up and AVZ sell 24% to CATH, AVZ will end up having 51%, whereas AVZ wanted to have 66%. So I am not worried at all.
