The term sheet but heavily in favour of JV partners like a 70 /30 or 60 /40 ownership of Carrier.
Would shareholders approve ?
Hence the delay as surface rights to Carrier need to be finalised by CAMI for potential JV partnership.
IF AVZ do not develop Carrier within a specified time frame according to the Mining Act they run the risk of loosing the rights to it.?..
