    If the DG of CAMI is under arrest and is awaiting trial.
    Surely a vote of no confidence can be given to the Minister of Mines to act and issue appropriate surface rights for 13359 and award Mining Licence.

    CAMI operates under the guidance of MOM.
    One for Momentum Lawyers and FT to act on .
    Otherwise further delays in awarding surface rights.
