DRC populace would be favourably disposed to vote for Felix in upcoming election were they to see the long running proponent be awarded the ML and ground broken on the project, as seen by the local support for AVZ. This would show these conference speeches and the setting up of the Battery Council are the real deal.
Let's not forget he runs a country of 95 million, that is the 11th largest by land mass in the world, has a ongoing civil war, and whose infrastructure is not like ours. It's not as easy as jumping on a Sydney to Canberra flight on a Monday morning to wrangle his cats. I wish him well, but hope he can see the need to get cracking on this centrepiece project for his country.

I view the MOM tough stance as a weakness or fear of AVZ going to the ICC as it would expose the individual corruption that exists in her mining dealings and CAMI .
The ICC outcome would put pressure for Felix to walk the talk if he is wants International investments and MOU with USA.
