The reason is that the economy is slack and the world economy is dropping, and that is causing a lot of pain to mum & Dad investors especially the ones that go through brokers as they are pulling their investments to pay down debt.
With what is happening globally, it is possible that things could get worse. The winners and those that will shine will be companies like WBT!
