The 4.5c CR, 7c options expire 24 June 2024, less than 12 months away. Most of us here did not want our stock diluted & even voted against it a year ago (although unsuccessful). Well, new more powerful investors like EEA & WMA most certainly don't want their stock diluted either so its better keeping the price under 7c so options arent converted. The only thing that will bump up the SP is a ML & in the event thats not issued until after that date, those options will expire worthless.

Dont forget these new investors are only just buying in now or the last 6 months, they need to hold their stock at least 12m to achieve discount capital gain tax so it doesnt matter what the SP does next 12m, they're happy to wait until after that for the BIG BOOM. In fact Id say they want it cheap for now to accumulate more.

Probably not what some want to hear but 12m is just not that hard to fathom in Canyon world where literally years roll by. We all thought we'd have a ML by now, yet here we are, many years later still waiting, just getting out of the gutter from the very deal that still apears to be holding us down (thank long gone management).

Don't panic I have asked about it & was told its not the case. Its only a fear I have of being trapped under 7 for ANOTHER 12m, Im probably wrong & who knows ML could be next few months which is only telling you what you want to hear. But I been disapointed with Canyon before so I have to brace for worst case & be furiously patient for another 12m. It didnt happen by last christmas as expected, it didnt happen by end of financial year as expected so maybe dont expect it this Christmas either, then I wont be dissapointed...........

But the problem is, if we dont have a ML by Christmas I doubt there will be one issued in the 6m period after & leading upto 24 June or the closer we get to that 4.5c CR 7c option expiry period, its unlikely EEA or WMA who have influence with the top dogs will want their holdings diluted that close with only months to go so maybe prepare for ML to be issued after June 24 next year, after options are purged expiring worthless.

Saying all that EEA & WMA buying in gives confidence a ML will eventually be issued followed by the BIG BOOM but maybe not as soon as we'd like. One day we'll look at CAY's 12m graph and it might look half (or quarter) as good as WA1's last 12m graph. Why wasnt I in that stock or even LIN, probably because I was bogged down with Canyon but it does explain where some of those dumb CAY sellers might have gone & I dare say theres others fed up not prepared to wait and selling under 7, there are other opportunities.

they are still accumulating and of course they don't want to pay more until they have to., would you ?

they know more than we do so, if they've bought 20mil plus over the last 6 weeks or so, then shows confidence.
