I don't see too many articles from the Washington Post but from memory they are all heavily biassed towards .... you guessed it, Washington. Read some of the readers' comments below the article. They are saving me the trouble of writing a rebuttal LOL.
There's no doubt that the illegal sanctions, as well as the deal the US did with the Saudis to not cut supply are affecting Russia. Whether the banks need to be bailed out, and whether that is a big deal anyway, we will have to wait and see.
