Putin did a good job in that video. Very comprehensive, and I watched the whole lot. There were some occasional missing captions when finishing a sentence, perhaps around 30 times at a rough guess, sometimes when I was expecting some key words. I wonder whether that was accidental or not!
Now there's no excuse for anyone not to know the history and why Putin decided he had to invade. The alternative would be to watch Russia end up like the mess Ukraine is in (see the video for that lengthy description), and of course totally subservient to the USA. IMO, China would realise that it's next on the list.
