Hmm, well yes indeed we will see..and yes, you hit on his one "great" strategy..his ability to toddle about "awaiting"... while hundreds of combatants, civilians, girls and boys die or get mangled and paralysed for life.. every day for his "Special Military Operation".
A master strategist ? Or a psychopath ?
