Some say the attacks on oil refineries will sink the Russian Economy. Think again, it is sinking without the refinery effect.
Putin artificially holding the Rouble in Moscow but exchange rates of Rouble in other countries ie. Kazakhstan, China, India etc are different and weakening by the day getting rejected for major product trading.
Maintenance of central infrastructure is terrible as money not coming in for local governments. Many elevators of high rise buildings not functioning and smell unbearable without plumbing maintenance. Last winter Russians froze to death even in Moscow and St Petersburg , next winter will be lot worse.
DUMA suggesting raising tax rate by 5% to fund local governments but where will the money come from? Already struggling firms will go broke and the situation will deteriorate further.
