Your opinion about deliberate Ukrainian attacks against civilians is not correct.
You are confusing deliberate Russian attacks against civilians as repurposed propaganda. Often times the Kremlin uses footage of their own attacks, even from their own previous invasions of other countries and repurposes this as propaganda.
