    In this war it is expected that the Russian military budget will soar
    for the simple reason that National Security trumps everything else.

    Take Israel for example, its short term military budget got an injection
    of $15 Billion and its war is predominantly on civilians judged by casualties
    ....just like shooting fish in a barrel ...
