- Obviously training, maintenance and logistics don't figure into such an oversimplified view that these complex weapons systems should have been given on day 1. But ignoring realities, Putin was meant to win in 3 days, so why would the West have given all those weapons just to be captured by Putin? But we know now how monumental a failure Putin's war is, and Ukraine will very soon have ALL those weapons you listed with just the F-16s still to come. Great news!
