This is a great example of an unsubstantiated claim being refuted in real time.
Not only are they grabbing Russians off the streets, they give mobilisation notices to anyone who protests against the regime (yay for Russian "freedumb"), they trick other national to die in Putin's failed war. All this meat needed to keep Putin's failed war of conquest going.
