According to the article Russia has THE worst in the developed world. Worse than the US. Instead of spending part of that EUR 267m Putin is wasting every day on his failed Ukraine war he could do something to make the lives of ordinary Russians better.
Trying to counter this with "America has one of the worst systems in the world" is not the defense of Putin's crumbling healthcare you think it is.
