No problem, the US can just freeze Russian patents by passing laws prohibiting the sale of Russian patents and the buying of ANY products for which Russian citizens hold the patents and sanctioning companies who don't obey. Then poison all of Russia's water supplies and all their arable land,(with the assistance of Israeli experts), shoot down the International Space Station and blame it all on anonymous Ukrainians acting alone and/or Russian dissidents.
