This is just another Kremlin lie, one of many such lies, why so offended that it has been pointed out?
Just like a video posted on here of a chinese ATV full of Russian troops getting blown up by a tank mine that was attempted to be passed off as Ukrainian casualties. Wouldn't be the first time they have tried to pass off Russian losses as Ukrainian, won't be the last.
Russians have a habit of simply not collecting their dead and abandoning their wounded so not unusual that they could have been there a while.
