not quite ...... russia makes enemies much more so than the US US never tries to steal someones land as russia does we see countries lining up to join NATO which includes the US ---- but leaving russia ......Georgia not paying their CSTO dues now I hear ....Kazakhstan distancing themselves from russia and I don't see Serbia as the staunch russ ally they used to be either
the vast majority of the worlds countries do not like russias aggression and this has been made very plain in 4 UN votes condemning both the war and the annexation
