He is right though and it goes to the hypocrisy of the West. They love to start wars and then introduce 'rules of engagement' to try and play games and risk more lives. The biggest problem for Ukraine is that they have to beg the West for weapons whilst Russia churns them out. Ukraine always needed to be able to attack the Russian military industrial complex. Otherwise they were doomed to lose as Russia would just fight a war of attrition knowing the West would eventually get bored and move on as the election cycles played out.

I am anti war but if you are going to fight one, you do not limit the ability of your soldiers etc to fight said war and take every reasonable to protect their live's. Otherwise do not go. Its these politicians and beaurcrats sitting in their offices, taking no risks who come up with these stupid rules. They are the cause of these wars and never pay the price for their follies.

West was worried that if Russia got hit too hard, Russia would hit them and that is why they limited Ukraine's ability to fight. Total cowards, the soldiers etc are just expendable to these clowns.
