Not true. Those generals were squirming because Putins mood was dark. Do you imagine he would be happy with progress? NO! Keep it real. Putin's under massive pressure. He isn't able to suppress his anger you can see how many blinks he did. It's a giveaway as to his emotional state.
His generals were happy to annihilate Kurds in Syria. Most are psychopaths. They're trained to kill for God's sake.
But killing Ukrainians is killing their own kind. Note the difference! Russians are descended from Ukraine. Kyiv is the first place they settled. Get your facts and your history right.
