Zelensky is not to blame but the last leader promising the uniting of his people as he won the election. This goes all the way to the orange revolution and alleged foreign meddling. He could have avoided war but instead decided that without EU membership, nuclear weapon is the quick fix. He could come from any heritage but nazism is not a minor issue unless the feared Azoz battalion is just a Dad's army rag rage volunteer.
It is a US proxy war right from the start and does not matter who adds to wiki. You need to wake up as to why only the EU major members have no choice but to act reluctantly. Not much US blow back on paper, the usual sanctions, prolong the war to supply them arms and all those tokenism. I've always said for those who lecture on history, go back to the Cuba crisis and start there. Everything else is just noise.
