they simply repeat figures russia gives them don't expect honesty in war time Oil price has slipped $20 a barrel since last year .....for the russian data to be true they would need to sell a lot more oil than 2021 .....and we know India found a cheaper deal ....and we know very little is going to Europe so just doesn't add up
and if it was true how is it that russia is daily adding to debt and taking money out of the future fund ???
