so why didn't putin ever make the slightest move to adhere to it ? Never removed russ troops , never ordered the disbanding of the militias , never stopped supplying them .......you have a real cheek to mention Minsk but then , anyone prtetending neutral but constantly posting to support russia .......never seen one even SLIGHTLY neutral post from you
