(4) Unfortunately it's clear from the way Ukraine has conducted this war that Russia will never be secure from USA/NATO etc aggression unless (a) it takes all the territory east of the Dnipro river, including the Black Sea coastline and Odessa and (b) sets up safeguards to ensure that from now on Ukraine will be demilitarized, neutral and never ever join NATO.

Since I am not clear on what you are saying I use paraphrasing.

Lumping everyone and everything together (US EU NATO UK etc) is just lazy as it shows you have no concrete nor specific evidence to back up your feelings about what is happening. That is the crux of conspiracy, vague, non specific assertions.

Putin wants to control Ukraine. He never will.
