Don't think so. if they wanted to, Kiev would be totally flattened already. But the Russian aims I think now is to wear down Ukraine. Not overrun. If they actually took control of the whole Ukraine. I don't think it would be a pleasant situation for the occupying Russian soldiers. Partisan, sabotage etc actions would be rampant. So I do think they just want to hold the Russian areas of Ukraine. Which they nearly all have now. if they ever want to. They can totally flatten any city in Ukraine in the future. And all that BS about Russia overrunning Europe. Well, that absolutely laughable. They could never do that now. They could however level Europe via their Nuclear arsenal, without a doubt.
