I concede, the last meeting between Russia and Ukraine was March 29th. My not seeing a specific date when "by the end of March" is mentioned and taking the 14th of March as the last actual meeting date.

If anything, uncovering the Russian massacre at Bucha the DAY AFTER a face to face "peace" meeting would IMO only have a greater impact at destroying those meetings than a 2 week gap. Imagine standing beside people and discussing "peace" while they were busy massacring innocent civilians and then you are finding evidence of this Russian massacre the next day.
