Combined it the reality doesn't match the dream, the decision-makers are deluded, the troops are in disarray, supplies are inferior or never arrive, it's a cluster f of a situation.
There's a lot to unpack.. The comedy is the propagandist's failure to register in here, it's dawning on the ultra ones in Moscow.
