I want to see Putin stop killing Ukrainians.

Since Putin won't stop, Ukraine should be given all the means they need to make him stop.

Putin has said he will continue with his SMO until all objectives are reached. The Kremlin has virtually never honoured an agreement (except with Nazi Germany). Putin is the problem.

Blaming the victim is never the answer.
