Great China do NOT in anyway support Russian militarily.
They have only traded billions and billions of manufacturing parts for the general population.
Now, Russia as a free country have the rights to do whatever they want with the goods purchased, as with any paying customers.
So… say if they cannibalise certain parts or modify certain things for other purposes, all Great China can do is to provide excellent after sales services
