It probably shows how weak your argument really is when you feel the need to label the recounting of various historical fact and circumstance concerned with the Putin alleged "betrayal by NATO" line in its growth as propaganda. Feel free to counter the facts as outlined in the earlier link. I'm all ears. Perhaps you prefer stuff like Putin's historical revisionism in his now infamous Manifesto/Essay from July 2021 ?
