The bottom line is that the Ukraine has not won back its territory (18% of it) lost since 2014 and that as such is the current stalemate (no significant territorial change) ought not to be interpreted as a win for the Ukraine; in fact its a loss .
Propaganda is all about warping the facts and the fantasy that if the propaganda is repeated often enough that it will become truth...ie tang's & Andy's truth.
