A SMO does not last as long as this “operation” has lasted, and a SMO does not utterly destroy major cities the way this “operation” has, and a SMO does not result in the deaths and injuries of 480,000+ of the attacking army’s personnel.
This is a war, whether or not it’s a ‘declared’ war and whether or not you acknowledge it as a war.
