I have previously described Australia as the 51st state of the USA, particularly when it concerns "US interests". We dare not say no, so in a way we are a puppet of the US. Our mass media is totally complicit in this.
"Nazi fascist junta" was probably used on HC to describe the violent overthrow of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and the installation of Yatseniuk. Leaks showed that "Yats" had already been selected by Victoria "F**k the EU" Nuland, actually married to Robert Kagan who is a founder of the Project For The New American Century (PNAC) and a member of the Council On Foreign Relations.
These two organisations are among the ones which decide how the world gets sliced up and who gets the pieces.

Was the Poroshenko election democratic? Well, it excluded parts of the Ukraine not under government control, which of course were the Russian speaking parts in the East under the control of the separatists who protested against the election. I guess the separatists thought they were not properly represented but I haven't checked that out.

I would say the Poroshenko government is just as much a US puppet as we are. And there are many other countries, right?
