Re-rating will happen as soon as they have confirmation of first delivery. I believe basic back of the napkin maths this company should make 40mill a year.
Say they keep half for further exploration and distribute a dividend of 20million.
20 mill divided by 500 mill shares equal 4 cents or at todays price 17% dividend.. The dividend chasers will make sure they get a piece of that action bringing the percentage down to a good market dividend of 8%. So i believe in the current state of play this companys share price will go to around 45-50cents..
With that 20mill exploration well who knows what they will find?? Any significant hits in other targeted areas will result in multiples of the 45cent value.
