we haven't seen the US have the recession it had to have yet. ITs doing everything it can to avoid it but there is nothing that greenspan can do. They need to let the recession run its course.
We will see the DOW below 8000 again and quite possibly lower. Stocks are still at high PE's and with people being laid off this implies earnings arent going to improve for some time.
