Yes, that is my reading of it - a much bigger acreage being sold, offset to some extent by a much deeper resource at Olaroz. What that balance amounts to in resource terms would require some guesswork but it would have been a factor in pricing the deal. Beyond that SG was crying out for aggregation and I think there was an almost "must do" strategic aspect to it for LSC... The cash component looks pretty good compared to other deals that have gone down in the last few years (LAC/SQM for example).

Thanks for the reminder on pj's comment - at the time his claim seeemed geographically misplaced and relatively nonsensical - this announcement bears that out.
