Chinese are dealing directly with African government, they are ripping off African nation by providing huge loan by the name of investment for their resources. So forget about chiness companies dealing with private companies in Africa, they don't touch it unless they get a huge portion of ownership. The Russians companies are the only one left on deck who can built the mine and at the same time, able to protect your interest from any kind of political terbulance.
