The three thresholds of sp growth, reserve growth and production growth have not been met therefore no bonus should be paid, let alone the exorbitant amount of $1.2 million. That is treating shareholders with absolute contempt but I guess given their past performances should not come as any real surprise. Nothing more than excessive greed in my opinion.
