Do the 48% that roll into BidCO do so at 5.20?
As in does BidCo raise the funds and purchase their shares, or does BidCo only purchase the other 52%'s shares at 5.20.
Also - does anyone know the register well enough to know if there is a shareholder who actually owns a 16% stake? Does Tinkler have someone in mind when he lets the option open for more shareholders rolling in?
