I am selling a rural property but don't want to be lumbered with all the machinery and stuff. I don't particularly want to hold a separate sale for that either.
There is a buyer who initially expressed interest in the chattel also but now wants to sign the Contract not including the chattel and 'maybe' buy some of the stuff afterwards. That does not suit me.
Anyone dealt with similar circumstances?
