I'm having trouble believing what's going on. Almost every day something new (italic text part of email from my agent, followed by my reply today:
" I am upset that you think that what I said was an attempt to pressure you into selling as this shows a lack of trust within this relationship. If anything I think you should withdraw, as I believe your emotional connection to the property is to high for you to sell.
Attached an updated list of Chattel on the property. As an agent within the Jenman Group and being employed by the Vendor for a generous commission I will trust you to negotiate an acceptable price, to be signed at the same time as signing a Contract for Sale of the property.
