h'mmmmmm does the agent have the sellers best interests at forefront or are they just concentrating on a
quick sale and the commission, without doing proper due diligence to maximise the sellers best price.
some cheap chattel to use on land would be handy even if just residing there for lifestyle choice
its just common sense you need it if they cant see that then how serious are staying long term
moving it on asap (as one said here), if they are not interested, makes sense
