bj, Just went through the same thing, they are very reponsive to the email address [email protected], just explained the situation and that I did not have the SRN and wanted to change my address. They sent through the form, changed my address and will send me a statement with my holdings and SRN in 10 days, There is some rule about a 10 day grace period which I think was to do with my change of address.
