Sorry to be pedantic but one word matters - its all about semantics huh? I was at this time trying to push interest in this company and you took the time to look at them and said "I have read through their prospectus " Do you mean "prospectus" literally - because at this time they had an imminent listing slated. Was it a prospectus? a draft prospectus? or merely some of their promo material. It does matter, as I am trying to track down anyone who has seen a draft or actual prospectus - which you may have eyeballed if you had gone to their office.
