The question will be if they get the gas, I don't think an extension would be an issue, there is not exactly a lot of competition for the land at the moment.
From what I know about the industry, Arrow are planning on using the fact no-one else can get enough gas to their advantage.. They are in the box seat, they could essentially make a bucket by just wholesaling the gas to the other three parties or do a deal to hold equity in the plant at FL if they felt that way inclined.
It seems it is a tight ship which ever way they go.
Will potentially be a good opportunity to top up if LNG walk away from FL. Overall i personally don't think it will impact the plans too much but I think the market will take a hit if it walks..
