- "SmartTrans refers to its recent announcements regarding the acquisition of Resource Connect Holdings Pty Ltd and iCuro Pty Ltd. The parties have agreed to extend the date for completion of the Acquisition to 14 February 2018, to facilitate satisfaction of the remaining conditions precedent.
SmartTrans has been in discussions with investors regarding the capital raising and placement of securities. The Company expects the capital raising to be fulfilled by the 14th of February 2018."
