However, I am part of the class action and received an email yesterday from IMF Bentham advising that a settlement has been agreed in principle. SRX has agreed to settle the case for $40m. Not too bad a result of the class action seeking $80m. So for any other class action participants we should have a nice little present in our bank accounts by the end of October has I read the timelines. I was preparing for zero so anything is better than nothing.
