agree with the generalisation bulk haulage efficiencies
but the business case at Sarytogan is to scoop up that cheap low strip hg ore body, very low capex and opex mine and purify it in Kazakhstan where there are some of the cheapest global electrons and not move bulk $800/t but move purified hg products at +$20,000/t. remove the transport hurdles ( rail more than fine for hg product) and leverage off cheap energy supplies
